Meadowlark Technology Solutions is following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We are reminding our employees about frequent hand washing, and we are regularly cleaning and disinfecting our facilities and equipment. Importantly, we are asking that our techs, drivers, and other employees stay home from work if they feel sick.

We understand that during this time it can be stressful to have to leave your home, or enter a store front location. We also understand that now more than ever it is important to have working devices. With jobs switching to a work from home style. It is important that all your devices are functioning properly.

What Meadowlark Technology Solutions is willing to bring to the table is a fully mobile, No Person to Person interaction method that will get your devices back up and running with no risk of exposure. Our technicians are prepared to take every measure to insure no contamination or spread of the COVID-19 virus.

You may be wondering how we are doing that and the answer is simple; All technicians will be wearing medical grade gloves, changed after every repair, or if ripped. All devices will be cleaned after repair and before delivery. Devices may also be cleaned with a UV cleaning method depending on availability of the Technician.

We are willing to do all document signing electronically, all payment methods electronically or otherwise contactless. Phone pickup can be done through a closed door via pickup by technician from a set location of the customers choice.
